Conference Banquet
A wonderful experience was enjoyed by all at the Saturday evening banquet.  Entertainment was provided by "Vocal Masters" from Appleton West High School.  WMTA members were also recognized for their outstanding achievement at the local and state level..

A surprise Saturday afternoon 'tornado warning' gave members a chance to 'catch up' with friends.

WMTA members thoroughly enjoyed the lecture presented by Dr. Vicki King entitled "Playing the Piano Naturally"

Elier Suarez, conference artist
Elier Suarez gave a stunning lecture on "Interpreting the Romantics".  On Saturday afternoon, attendees attended his solo recital featuring works of Chopin and Rachmaninoff.  On Sunday morning, Elier conducted a master class for five students.

J.W. Pepper Music, exhibitor and showcase
Cindy Harrington gave a superb presentation on new materials for music teachers, showcasing new teaching materials, resources and sacred collections.
