WMTA conducts Badger Auditions on the third Saturday of May at various sites throughout Wisconsin. Badger Keyboard Auditions were held on May 20, 2000 in Eau Claire, Milwaukee, and Stevens Point. Badger Instrumental and Vocal Auditions were conducted on May 13, 2000 in Marshfield. Judges select a winner from each room/site. Winners receive a trophy, additional WMTA points and perform in the winners recital at the conclusion of the day's events. Runner-Ups and Honorable Mentions may be chosen at the discretion of the judge.
