Mission

Music Dynamics provides music students of all ages with the skills they need to experience the fun of learning and the joy of accomplishment.

Our only business is teaching music lessons.

  • We offer 1 on 1 or small group instruction on piano/keyboard, and private instruction on voice, guitar, and drums.
  • We are licensed to offer "Musikgarten", the nationally known early childhood music curriculum designed for children ages 0-7.
  • All our students receive a free no obligation interview before starting lessons.

Lessons

Overview

We currently offer lessons in many areas of music: Musikgarten classes for ages 1 to 6, Young Beginners at the Keyboards for ages 5 and 6, and piano/keyboard, voice,  guitar and drum lessons for all ages through seniors.

Music Dynamics provides qualified music instructors for each area of concentration.

Piano and Keyboard

We offer private lessons, private/group combination lessons, and group lessons for piano/keyboard students.

Private/group combination lessons include 30 minutes of group and 15 minutes of private lesson time, all in the same day. Groups consist of 4-6 children of about the same age and level of musical ability. Private lessons provide 30 minutes of one-on-one instruction.  Group lessons include 60 minutes of group instruction.  Groups consist of 4-6 children of about the same age and level of musical ability.

Guitar, Voice and Drum:
we offer private lessons in 30, 45 or 60 minute increments.

Getting Started

We offer our customers a free, no obligation interview prior to starting lessons. At that time, the parent, student and teacher can discuss which type of lessons would be appropriate and the teacher can plan a curriculum.

Why group lessons?

Our philosophy was and still is that music lessons should be fun. Music fundamentals, ear training and sight reading are fun to learn when presented through an enjoyable format of games, flash cards, rhythms instruments, and board work. The ensemble experience is also enjoyable to the student. Therefore, group teaching is our preferred choice, however, individual lessons are also provided when needed.

Adult Lessons

Private lessons are available in any instrument for adults.  We welcome the opportunity to give lessons to this unique body of individuals.

Tuition

Regular tuition covers 34 lessons or performance classes from September through May (except as noted in lesson descriptions).  Six to ten weeks of lessons are also available in the summer months.

Lesson fees are prorated for students who begin during the school year.

A tri-annual tuition plan is available for all types of lessons.

Materials Account

Each piano-keyboard student and adult student must establish an account for learning materials. Any balance remaining at the end of the academic year will be applied to the next year. Instrumental and vocal students pay for materials on an as needed basis.
